If you’re happy to continue receiving new patients past your included allowance, you will be billed a flat rate per chat over.

How long will I be able to take advantage of this pricing?

Can I cap how many chats I have?

You absolutely can! You have complete control over this service, so if you change your mind at any point, you only need to let us know.

Can I cancel at any time?

We don’t believe in forcing clients to use a service that just isn’t benefiting them, so the simple answer is yes, you can cancel at any time. We are confident you will love our solution, and we’ll have a great partnership, but if you decided that right now isn’t the right time to continue, that’s absolutely fine. We’d ask for 30 days' notice so that we can arrange some admin on our side, and we would always welcome you back with open arms.

Can I see the chat transcripts?

Yes. You will receive a portal login that can be accessed by any device at any time, day nor night, so you’re always in the know.

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Brittany will be your dedicated Ortho Engagement Account Manager. She will be your main point of contact for anything you need, whether updating the agents with new information, wanting to have some insight into the chat stats, or even just for a general catch-up to discuss the weather!

Do you have packages for larger practices?

We do indeed! We offer a very simple model that the more chats you have, the cheaper they become. Start a chat with us to learn more about it!

Will there be any reporting?

Yes. In the portal, you will not only have access to the chat transcripts, but you will also be able to see:
- How many conversations we’ve had
- How many new patients have been escalated to you
- Your patients' satisfaction rating
- What URL’s are driving your new patients

I am not very technical, is it complicated to set up?

Not at all. We have a dedicated launch team that will take care of all the nitty gritty.
If you use Google Tag Manager it will be even simpler, but if not don't stress. We will walk you through it.
